Our Return Policy
Because our items are custom-made, it is very challenging to offer a return policy. Our products are personalized, and cannot be restocked and/or resold. We strive to provide all of our customers the best possible services and quality products to ensure complete satisfaction with purchases made from TLC Expressions. You may return your book(s) under the following circumstances:
ALL RETURNS MUST BE PROCESSED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE
In event that TLC Expressions makes a mistake, we will replace the identical book, with the corrected information you provide at no charge. The incorrect book must be returned in order to verify the mistake origin.
In the event that you provide us with the incorrect information, we will print and ship the identical book (if in stock) for a nominal fee plus shipping and handling. No refund will be issued. It is very important to check all your information before placing an order.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately via e-mail at orders@tlc-expressions.com or call and leave a message at 408.559.8242. Please include your order number when contacting us. You will need to obtain an authorization to return your damaged order within 30 days of the purchase date for a replacement or refund. _________________________________ |
